When do I make my initial rental payment ?
Depending on the finance house, your initial payment is payable by Cheque or Bankers Draft and is cashed on delivery of your new vehicle. What this means is that we can order your vehicle and you don’t pay a penny until your vehicle is delivered.
Do I have to collect the vehicle ?
All our offers include delivery to any UK mainland address. This can be a home or business address.
How do I pay my monthly instalments ?
Your monthly instalments are paid by Direct Debit and commence one month after receipt of your new vehicle. You can choose the date of your monthly payment.
Where can I get the vehicle serviced ?
The vehicle can be serviced at any Vat registered Garage or Dealership in the UK. If the vehicle requires replacement parts then these must be approved manufacturer parts.
How do I insure the vehicle ?
You can insure the vehicle through standard ‘High Street’ sources. You must have fully comprehensive insurance and make the insurer aware that the vehicle is leased. This does not affect your insurance premium in any way.
What happens if I exceed my mileage allowance ?
It is perfectly fine for you to exceed your mileage allowance. The finance house will charge you for excess mileage but this is usually no more than 10p per mile. If, part way through your contract, you require an amended mileage allowance, this can often be done by contacting the finance house directly.
What else is included in the price of the vehicle ?
All our vehicles include delivery, manufacturers warranty, and registration. All new vehicles also come with a minimum of 12 months roadside assistance. All Contract Hire agreements include Road Fund Licence for the duration of the contract; on all other contracts it is included for 12 months. Additional tax discs will be forwarded to the hirer by post.
Can I use my private registration plate ?
In most cases we can arrange for your private registration plate to be placed on your vehicle prior to delivery. This can be done for the standard DVLA fee. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to remove the plate from the vehicle prior to the return of the vehicle. Please ask a member of staff prior to placing your order.
Where will my new vehicle come from ?
All our vehicles are sourced from registered UK main dealers and come with the standard main dealer warranty issued by the manufacturer. |
